At Avelor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags, box, and any accessories).

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as earrings or personal care items cannot be returned.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@avelorwatches.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return your item.
Unauthorized returns or packages sent without approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Avelor is not responsible for lost parcels during return transit.

  • If your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos when submitting your request.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees and customs duties (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refund amounts may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations or payment provider fees.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong product.
If you wish to exchange for another product, please contact us before sending your item back.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@avelorwatches.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We will prioritize replacement or refund in these cases at no extra cost.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Earrings or personal hygiene items
